Booking Agreement

By booking services with me you're acknowledging and agreeing to the following:

You understand that coaching is not psycho-therapy, and that you will reach out to your medical treatment team if you are experiencing a crisis.

I do not provide medical treatment or diagnoses. I will refer you to a medical professional if I feel that you are better served in an inpatient or outpatient medical model.

Please provide 24 hours for any reschedule or cancellation.

There are no refunds for any service once rendered. Payment is due at the start of any service.
